FAQ

  • Payments accepted?
    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
  • Cancellation policy?
    We understand things come up suddenly. If it's necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled cleaning, we request a 24-hour notice. We don't charge a lockout fee unless it is a recurring issue.
  • Do I need to be home when you're here?
    It is entirely up to you! We are fine either way.
  • Do you have a pet policy?
    We are fine with Fido or Tigger, as long as they don't mind us!
  • How do you enter my home?
    However you feel most comfortable! You can leave the door open, provide us with a code, hide a key outside or provide us with a key to keep in our secure lockbox. The key tag has a random number on it, rather than your name or address.
  • What should I do before your arrival?
    So that we can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing and other household items prior to our arrival.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning products or vacuums?
    No, we come equipped with all the necessary supplies.
